Enhanced cloud infrastructure for Seven Seas Worldwide (SSW)

IJYI deployed a secure, scalable Azure environment for SSW, enhancing productivity, security, and efficiency with ongoing support and rapid updates.

Seven Seas Worldwide (SSW), a global leader in shipping and logistics, partnered with IJYI to enhance and future-proof their cloud infrastructure. With complex international operations and continuously evolving digital needs, SSW required a secure, scalable, and flexible Azure environment to support both development and production systems.

The project involved:

Firstly, IJYI deployed a production-grade Azure environment for SSW, including the configuration of new Azure subscriptions, VNETs and security groups. IJYI deployed customs/excise virtual machines and enhanced the overall Azure security posture.

Secondly, IJYI provided ongoing support operations with business-hours support for incidents and service requests. Proactive patching, health checks, and firewall threat detection was implemented along with a flexible change request catalogue for small, rapid updates.

Benefits for the client:

Enhanced productivity and security: SSW now benefits from a fully managed, secure Azure environment that supports its global operations with ease. The infrastructure scales as needed, integrates seamlessly with business applications, and remains resilient under changing demands.

Increased Efficiency: Our tailored support model enables SSW to quickly implement small changes without the overhead of launching new projects, driving both agility and operational continuity.

Client Testimonial:

“The management of Seven Seas Worldwide have consistently found IJYI to be well informed and supportive. Whenever we had queries relating to their proposals or changes that were being implemented, they were always very approachable and took time to explain the changes, the reasons, and the outcome.

Our experience working with them has ensured that they would be the first company to whom we would turn for future developments.”
