IJYI is delighted to announce the appointment of Jade Isaac as our new Marketing Manager. With a diverse and creative background in photography, marketing and the tech industry, Jade brings a wealth of experience and passion to her new role.

Jade’s career journey began with a degree in photography from Norwich University of the Arts. During her time at university, she also started her own photography business, working across everything from weddings and events to portrait sessions. It was through the experience of promoting her business that Jade discovered her passion for marketing.

To pursue the opportunities this created, she took a position with a specialist CRM technology business and, during the next 3.5 years, climbed the ranks and became its Marketing Team Leader.

A welcome return to the tech sector

After also working within the financial services industry, Jade has now made a welcome return to the technology sector here at IJYI. In her new role, she's already taking responsibility for a wide range of key strategic tasks. This includes overseeing and managing our website, building our content and social media strategy, plus organising events, campaigns and recruitment initiatives to attract new talent. If that wasn’t enough, she will also shape company messaging and maintain brand consistency across all marketing efforts.

Outside of work, Jade enjoys going to the gym, watching crime documentaries, travelling and is also in the process of looking for a new house. At IJYI, she is most excited about working with the team to bring the company's culture to the forefront of the brand and creating marketing strategies that contribute to IJYI's growth and success.

Asked about why she chose IJYI for the next step in her career, Jade said: “When I chose to join IJYI, it was for several reasons. Firstly, I was eager to work in the tech industry once again, which I'm very passionate about. Secondly, IJYI's company culture left a strong impression on me, not least because I felt welcomed and valued as a person during the interview process. I have also appreciated the company's commitment to investing in my personal and professional development, as well as the potential to grow the marketing team. The fact that they offer flexible working is also a bonus as it's nice to have a few days working from home during the week."
